Description

The horseshoe area of the former Mozart School, which is located to the south and is a listed building, will be used for 4 different purposes in the future: the College of Music (HfM), the Municipal Singing and Music School (SuM), a municipal event area and the Mozart Festival Office including administration.The following measures will be carried out:- Adaptation of the functional structure, which has remained unchanged since the 1950s, to the changed conditions.- Replacement of the obsolete building services equipment to meet contemporary requirements and legal regulations.- Adaptation to the changed legal basis for fire protection.- Functional and building services division of the entire complex into independent units to safeguard any subsequent third-party leasing/ownership changes.- Fulfillment of the requirements for sound insulation and room acoustics with a view to future uses.
- 1 psch Production of height levelling, number of rooms 50 pieces, 5 measuring points per room - 4 pcs. travel costs for the entire screed crew for screed installation in sections - 1,000 m2 cleaning of subfloor - 1.200 m2 impact sound edge insulation strips made of CFC-free polyethylene- 150 m2 supply and installation of a waterproofing membrane based on flexible polyolefines, 5-ply- 550 m2 As before, but cold-bondable waterproofing membrane- 750 m2 impact sound insulation layer made of rigid polystyrene foam 50 mm pressure-resistant- 580 m2 impact sound insulation layer made of artificial mineral fibers/rock wool, 50-180 mm- 620 m2 cement screed with increased evenness requirements, single layer, C35, 60 mm- 350 m2 as before, 120 mm- 110 m3 screed reinforcement by adding steel fibers or wire fibers- 30 m2 subsequent screed additions with 2-component epoxy resin screed- 2.5 m3 As before, but two-dimensional epoxy resin screed as irregularly high levelling screed- 4 pcs. flat-rate travel costs
