The area of the premises shall be approximately 235 square metres (± 2530 square feet). The premises must be street-side, on one level and located on the ground floor. The distribution of the total area requested shall be 67% for the sales area and 33% for the storage and service area. The premises must have 20 parking spaces exclusive to the SAQ for private parking or 15 spaces exclusive to the SAQ for common parking. The premises must be delivered on October 6, 2021 and the 10-year lease will begin 45 days following the date on which the premises are handed over to the tenant.

The original tender document must be completed and returned in a sealed envelope no later than 14.00 on 7 January 2021 to the following address:
