Description
The subject of the order is the supply in batches:1) aquarium salt (sea salt) ground, unmixed - for the production of seawater, in an amount of a maximum of 360 tons during the term of the contract, the so-called basic salt for the maintenance of salt water tanks in installations and tanks of the Africarium (about 23 - 46 tons once a month) in intact, stacked on pallets of 1000kg bags (so-called "Big Bags"). "Big Bag") which is a full portion of unmixed salt,.2) Sea salt (sea salt) ground, mixed in an amount of up to 6000kg during the term of the contract, in "Box" type packages of up to 25kg (i.e. 240 packages of 25kg) 3) Aquarium reef salt (reef salt) ground, mixed in an amount of up to 6000kg during the term of the contract, in "Box" type packages of up to 25kg (i.e. 240 packages of 25kg). 4) Salt tablets in packages of 25 kg in a maximum amount of 15600 kg ( i.e.624 packages of 25 kg) during the term of the contract.
Detailed description of the aquarium salt, which is the subject of the contract, is contained in the Technical Specifications of the Subject of the Order constituting Annexes No. 1, 1a, 1b to the SWZ- The Contractor(s) shall be obliged to submit with the first delivery of each type of salt a Salt Quality Control Certificate issued by an independent analytical laboratory and a Material Safety Data Sheet, later at the request of the Ordering Party - The Contractor(s) shall deliver the subject of the order throughout the term of the contract in batches on the order sent via e-mail. The Ordering Party reserves the possibility of ordering less (up to 20%) than the anticipated maximum quantity of each type of salt.- Deliveries will be made in the morning, no later than 7:00 a.m., the Contractor will unload the salt to the Ordering Party's warehouse. - The quantities of deliveries of each batch of goods will be determined by the Ordering Party depending on its current needs. The Contractor will deliver the object of the contract at his own expense and risk to the Ordering Party's Warehouse. At the same time the Ordering Party reserves the right to adjust the quantity of delivered goods - both the quantity of individual batches of goods, as well as the total order, depending on the needs of ZOO Wrocław Sp. z o.o. . - The Contractor undertakes, if necessary, to make an additional transport of 20 tons of salt at large water changes in biotopes with seawater within 72 hours of the order (applies to ground, unmixed seawater) .- The Contractor must have the ability to deliver an average of 30 tons of salt per month- Conditions for the implementation of the subject of the order are specified in the Model contract (Appendix No. 8 to the SWZ).- For the part of the goods delivered and received each time, the Ordering Party will pay the Contractor the amount due calculated on the basis of unit prices contained in the offer. Payments will be made by wire transfer to the Contractor's account within 30 days from the date of delivery to the Ordering Party of a properly issued VAT invoice. The basis for issuing an invoice will be a delivery and acceptance protocol signed by both parties.The Contracting Authority allows the submission of partial bids. The bid may be for all parts (four) or for the parts selected by the Contractor (from 1 to 4). It is not allowed to submit partial bids within particular tasks.- The Contracting Authority does not allow submission of variant bids.- The Contracting Authority does not anticipate awarding any contracts under Article 214 (1) (8) of the PPL Act.- The Contracting Authority does not anticipate entering into a framework agreement.- The Contracting Authority does not anticipate settlement in foreign currencies.- The Contracting Authority does not anticipate an electronic auction.- The Contracting Authority does not anticipate reimbursement of costs of participation in the proceedings.
