Description

The tender is for an EVB IT creation contract for the procurement of a company-wide sales accounting and sub-accounting system (revenue database) incl. maintenance service (maintenance and support) and, with optional hosting, an EVB IT service contract for Abellio Deutschland Group.
The companies affiliated with ATH Rail Transport Beteiligungsgesellschaft Deutschland GmbH ("ATHR") pursuant to §§ 15 et seq. Abellio Rail Mitteldeutschland GmbH ("ABRM") and WestfalenBahn GmbH ("WFB"), which are affiliated with ATH Rail Transport Beteiligungsgesellschaft Deutschland GmbH ("ATHR") pursuant to Sections 15 et seq. of the German Stock Corporation Act (Aktiengesetz), are railroad undertakings licensed to provide local rail passenger transport services ("SPNV") in Germany.ABRM has concluded a transport contract with the respective authorities for the provision of SPNV services in the Saale-Thüringen-Südharz network and the Saxony-Anhalt diesel network. WFB has concluded a transport contract with the respective authorities for the provision of regional rail passenger services on the Emsland network and the Mittelland network. ABRM and WFB plan to participate in tender procedures for transport contracts throughout Germany. For the existing and future provision of transport contracts, they require a cross-company sales accounting and sub-accounting system (revenue database) in order to archive the sales data from the sales execution in accordance with the principles of proper accounting, to prepare it for various sales instances and to account for it accordingly.Against this background, ATHR invites tenders for the procurement of a sales accounting and sub-accounting system (revenue database) that can be used throughout the group. An EVB-IT creation contract including maintenance services (maintenance and support) and a separate EVB IT service contract for the optional hosting are to be concluded.The EVB-IT creation contract is concluded with a term until December 31, 2044. The Principal may award the contract in a negotiated procedure on the basis of the initial offers without entering into negotiations, Section 15 (4) SektVO. The AG reserves the right to negotiate the contracts with the bidders in the negotiated procedure.
