Australia - SAHA -1340 Woodville Gardens Neighbourhood Renewal Program - Civil Construction

Description

The SA Housing Authority (“the Authority”) on behalf of the South Australian Housing Trust (“SAHT”) is seeking tenders from civil construction suppliers for the provision of civil construction services for the remainder of the Woodville Gardens Neighborhood Renewal project. 
Scope of works will include, but not be limited to earthworks, sewer, water reticulation, stormwater, electrical and communications reticulation, roadworks, fencing and landscaping. It is anticipated that 1 supplier will be appointed for the work. Detailed project specific requirements can be found in Part B_27093 Woodville Gardens Stages 3 - 5 - Project Specific Requirements & Technical Specification and associated attachments. 
The Authority intends to award a contract for a base period of 30 months for Stages 3, 4 & 5 of the Woodville Gardens NRP, with an option to extend for a period of 12 months for the additional BNP Stage, with a 6-month extension option for any delays in the project. 
NOTE: The award of the BNP Additional Stage is subject to satisfactory quoting and subsequent satisfactory performance on Neighbourhood Renewal Stages 3, 4 & 5. 
The Authority has included the BNP Stage into this ITS site due to the close proximity to the Neighbourhood Renewal site.
