Scope of works

The robotic air condition unit (ACU) wash plant must consist of wash robots, high pressure hot water system, central wash control system, ACU trolley system and associated steelworks.

The first robotic ACU wash plant must be designed for cleaning 2 types of ACUs. The second robotic ACU wash plant must be designed for cleaning 4 types of ACUs.

The wash robots must consist of 2 sets of manipulators with water jet nozzles. The movement of wash robots must be sequenced to spray the high-pressure hot water on the ACUs.

The high-pressure hot water system must consist of 2 sets of high-pressure washers, dosing pumps and water valve panels for supplying hot water and detergent mixtures.

The central wash control system must be able to control the operating sequences, monitoring the operation parameters and displaying fault alarm status.

The ACU trolley system must be capable of transporting the ACUs and ACU components to the designated positions inside the cleaning area. It must be able to detect and identify the type of ACUs or ACU components to be washed. The safety features must be provided to prevent operator intrusion into cleaning area during system operation.

The wash robots must be installed on a floor mounted steel structure frame designed to accommodate the site condition. The installation of a robotic ACU wash plant shall not affect the structural integrity and capacity of the existing structure.
