Road, sewer and civil engineering works, divided into 2 lots. Both lots must be tendered; The present construction measure involves the conversion of the Friedrichsgaber Weg \/ Friedrich-Ebert-Straße junction in Norderstedt, which is signalized with traffic lights; The measure serves to improve the flow of motor vehicle traffic, in particular by setting up a new left turn lane in Friedrichsgaber Weg (south). The overall measure includes the following elements: - Replacing existing RW sewers with new storage sewers up to DN 1000; - Basic renewal and expansion of the road surfaces; - Relocation of cable routes; - Improvement of guidance for cyclists in Friedrich-Ebert-Straße (east); - Renewal of the traffic light systems (LSA) and public lighting (ÖB); The construction area extends in a west-east direction over approx. 160 m in a west-east direction and approx. 200 m in a north-south direction; The main works can be summarized as follows: - Dismantling of existing traffic light poles (incl. foundation) 9 pcs; - Dismantling of existing lighting poles 3 pcs; - Demolition of existing road surfaces, asphalt 2 pcs. Demolition of existing road surfaces, asphalt 2,600 m²; - Milling of existing road surfaces, asphalt 370 m²; - Demolition of existing secondary surfaces, paving 1730 m²; - Remove kerbs 775 m; - New construction of RW sewer DN 200-1000 320 m; - Set concrete kerbs 1050 m; - Create asphalt roadway in full extension 2.640 m²; - Asphalt roadway, surface renewal 320 m²; - Create cycle path surfaces, paving 390 m²; - Create footpath surfaces, paving 630 m²; - Create safety separation strips, paving 200 m²; - Create green areas 665 m²; - Install new traffic light poles (incl. foundations) 8 pcs; - Install new lighting poles 7 pcs; - Relocate existing lighting poles 4 pcs.
