Description

The subject matter of the contract is the delivery of road salt for winter road maintenance for Miejski Zakład Komunalny sp. z o.o. in Stalowa Wola.
The subject matter of the contract covers the delivery of road salt (in bulk) with unloading, meeting the requirements of the PN-86/C-84081/02 standard or an equivalent standard and the following increased requirements: 1) non-caking coarse-grained form;2) sodium chloride content at least 95%;3) anti-caking agent content at least 40 mg/kg;4) water-insoluble matter content max. 5%;5) H2O content max. 6) other parameters according to PN-86/C-84081/02 or equivalent;7) salt must meet the above technical parameters confirmed by a certificate or a report on physicochemical tests. The salt supplied shall have a positive opinion of the Road and Bridge Research Institute and a hygiene certificate issued by the National Institute of Hygiene. The new edition of the above standard, i.e. PN C-84081-2:1998 Salt (sodium chloride) food grade salt has replaced the PN 86/C-84081/02 standard, eliminating the term road salt and not specifying any requirements for road salt. It is hereby acknowledged that for the purpose of evaluating salt used in road construction, the requirements of the old standard are appropriate and should continue to be used. (Winter Road Maintenance Guidelines developed by the Road and Bridge Research Institute for the purposes of the General Directorate for National Roads and Motorways) and the terms of the regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 27 October 2005 on the type of conditions for the use of agents which may be used on public roads and squares and streets (Journal of Laws No 230 item 1960 of 24 November 2005).2 The salt supplied should be free from impurities of mineral origin such as small mineral pebbles as well as impurities of plastic origin such as fragments of foil or plastic packaging.3 .The salt at the time of delivery may not be in the caked condition.4 The method of order execution and order volumes are as follows: 1) minimum volume of planned deliveries - 500 Mg; 2) maximum volume of planned deliveries - 3,500 Mg.
