The nature and object of the contract is a public service contract for: - the drawing up of a vision and a draft concept sketch for the bicycle and green structure (in particular for the N328 part and the Molenstraat part) as part of the tender (based on the available information, global plans and context),- the drawing up of two separate starting notes as part of the bicycle fund procedure: one for the entire N50 cycle track and one for the entire N328 cycle track, - the drawing up of a concept sketch: simultaneously with the drawing up of the starting invoice, a complementary, coherent story about bicycle, green, sport, [.....Parallel to the drawing up of the development plan, the project notes (bicycle fund) for the sub-projects are drawn up (within the framework of the bicycle fund procedure); - the drawing up of a draft plan, management plan, environmental permit and tender documents for each sub-project,- monitoring the site until final acceptance of the works, - drawing up the safety plan and organising safety coordination during the works, - an evaluation phase for each sub-project or related projects with the drawing up of an evaluation memorandum (within the framework of the bicycle fund procedure), - drawing up and implementing an overall communication strategy on the bicycle and green structure to be realised in the north of Kortrijk.The implementation of the bicycle files will take place in phases (various subprojects). The town of Kortrijk anticipates at least the following subprojects within this assignment:1. N50c: subproject between the Astridpark and Molenstraat;2. N50c: subproject Molenstraat - between Kortrijksestraat and Izegemsestraat;3. N328: Wembley sports park subproject between Moorseelsestraat and Leynvaalsstraat (including Leynvaalsstraat);4. N328: subproject between Guido Gezellelaan and Zuidstraat;5. N328: subproject between Zuidstraat, Waterhoennest, connection with the city green Ghellinck and Oude Ieperseweg.
