Description

The work includes:
- approximately 148,000 m
of earthworks in cutting/filling,
- the creation of internal PAE roads and a link road, i.e. a total of 2 km of roads,
- the implementation of dry networks: low voltage, orange, street lighting,
- the provision of drinking water to the area (1,700 ml of networks),
- the creation of wastewater and stormwater treatment networks (1,300 ml)
- the development of roundabouts,
- the implementation of retention structures (1,000 m retention basin)
and a retention basin of 1,250 m
),
- the construction of hydraulic crossing structures at the Nant de la Baye, Nant des Fougères and Nant de Renandieu,
- landscaping including 2,800 m
grassing, the supply of shrubs and alignment trees, topsoil.
