Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) has a requirement on behalf of the Department of National Defence (DND) to provide all labour, material, tools, equipment, transportation and supervision required to provide Laundry Services for CFB Halifax, 12 Wing Shearwater, Reserve and Lodger Units within Maritime Forces Atlantic, Nova Scotia.
