This Request for Quotations is an invitation by the Corporation of the District of Saanich to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for Outdoor Sports Field Strategy Consultant Services, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D).The District’s Parks Division is seeking consulting services to assess the current and anticipated future demand levels, sports field availability and condition, and the infrastructure and related amenities that will be needed to support future demand. This information will be used as a guide for planning fields and amenities throughout the municipality.
