***Only Online Submissions will be Accepted for this RFP***The purpose of this RFP is to satisfy all conditions of approval for the Species at Risk related to permit CN-C-013-22 issued on November 10, 2023 (Appendix 1) by the Ministry of the Environment, Conservation and Parks (MECP). The purpose of the conditions of approval is to preserve the habitat of an identified species at risk in NMRP. The conditions of approval will ensure that the habitats of Little Brown Myostis, Northern Myotis and Tri-Coloured Bats are reconstructed, preserved, and monitored over a 10-year period thereby contributing to the on-going ecological restoration and biodiversity in NMRP. For the purposes of this RFP, monitoring is for years 2 to 10 of the overall benefit program permit. Monitoring for year 1 is currently underway.The scope of work for this RFP aligns with the key principle of restore. Monitoring, managing, and protecting the habitat of identified species at risk in NMRP will assist with ecological restoration efforts and overall sustainability of the Park.
