Canada - RFP F175-00 PHSA BCC VCC – Unit 1 Linac Replacement

The Provincial Health Services Authority (PHSA) has issued this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) for the purpose of inviting proposals from qualified consultants to undertake the services described in Appendix ‘A’ to this RFP (the “Services”) with respect to Unit 1 Linac replacement and vault renovation, including the associated control area. Unit 1 room number is 2548. The control area includes rooms 2547,2547A,2547B,and 2547C.  The successful Proponent will act in the capacity of a Managing Consultant (Architect) for the Project, including engaging the services of all Sub-Consultants as required to provide complete consulting services for the Project, except that the Authority will engage a professional quantity surveyor consultant.  Services to be provided by the Managing Consultant and Sub-Consultants will include architectural, mechanical, electrical, structural and code.  Only architectural firms that have been prequalified by the Authority for Acute-Care Projects > $150K are eligible to respond to this RFP. The Authority will not consider a Proposal from a firm that is not prequalified for Acute-Care Projects > $150K.  SITE VISIT:  The Authority has made arrangements for site visits for the benefit of interested Proponents who are preparing Proposals. Attendance at the site visits is optional but highly encouraged.
