Description

The purpose is to entrust the Concessionaire, under the conditions defined in the contract, with the fitting out and installation of equipment to operate a vending machine, cafeteria and press business for users and staff of the Centre Hospitalier Jeanne de Navarre, as well as the operation of associated services for patients, at the Concessionaire's own risk.
- Sale of fast-food products in boutiques, newspapers, stationery and sundries. The conceding authority expects applicants to submit proposals for the development of in-store services, with a view to modernizing existing spaces and developing a warmer, friendlier atmosphere for patients and hospital staff, with different types of clientele and different expectations;- sale of hot or cold drinks and fast food in vending machines. - the provision of services to users: reception, information, collection, invoicing, reimbursement, etc.;- the takeover of existing infrastructure and equipment belonging to the hospital's public domain;- the performance, under the concessionaire's sole responsibility, of work relating to the renewal of infrastructure and the acquisition of equipment;- the concessionaire undertakes to ensure the safety, smooth running and continuity of the service, as well as its quality and proper organization, in compliance with the hospital's internal regulations;- the operation of the service at its own risk.
