Description
The work is broken down into 18 lots. The work is divided into 18 lots, as follows:- in firm stages:-- Building 10: renovation of the day school (refurbishment of classrooms, archives and storage room, and overhaul of external joinery);-- Building 13: refurbishment of the ground floor (day school), various renovations, overhaul of external joinery and external insulation;-- Building 14: one-off work (sports hall, permanent contracts and administration);-- Building 15: Building 15: one-off measures (changing rooms, common rooms, weight-lifting room);- Building 17: complete renovation of the staff accommodation;- outside areas: creation of a reception hall, dressing room and bicycle shed, repair of the forecourt and sports ground, landscaping;- optional phase:- Building 15: renovation of the rooms located on the first floor.

Power supply for the thermal comfort equipment for the CDI; - Power supply for the PMR lift. Implementation of lighting and emergency lighting equipment necessary for the different types of premises. Modification/extension of the VDI sub-distributors, cabling and terminal sockets; - Building 15 (ground floor): fire safety compliance, control of fire dampers. Power supply to the ventilation system. Installation of lighting equipment, emergency lighting, power sockets and motive power necessary for the various types of premises. Modification/extension of the VDI sub-distributors, cabling and terminal sockets;- Building 16: relocation of the existing fire installations to the new lodge. Extension and adaptation of the existing fire safety system. Relocation of the safety installations to the general distribution room of the establishment. Extension and adaptation of the existing anti-intrusion system. Adaptation of the access control system of the existing site. Extension and adaptation of the existing video surveillance system. Implementation of lighting equipment, security lighting, power sockets and motive power necessary for the different types of premises. Housing. Complete electrical upgrading of the functional housing with new distribution under trunking, optional section 1:- building 15 (R+1): installation of lighting equipment, emergency lighting, electrical outlets and motive power necessary for the different types of premises. Modification/extension of VDI sub-distributors, cabling and terminal sockets. Firm section:- building 13: partial replacement of convector heaters of the finned tube type with panel radiators. Ventilation by compact two-room dual-flow units. Partial replacement of sanitary appliances on the ground floor. Complete overhaul of the student sanitary facilities on the ground and second floors;- building 14 (ground floor): air conditioning by mini DRV. Building 15 (ground floor): creation of changing rooms and extension of the weight room, with replacement of convector heaters of the finned tube type with panel radiators, extension of double-flow ventilation and installation of sanitary appliances;- Building 16: heating/cooling by individual direct expansion system, ventilation and sanitary appliances for the dressing room;- Building 17: replacement of individual boilers and sanitary appliances, with implementation of individual single-flow ventilation for the staff accommodation.Optional stage 1:- Building 15 (ground floor+1): partial replacement of convectors such as finned tube heating with panel radiators and implementation of double-flow central ventilation. - construction and maintenance of green areas:-- planting of trees;- planting of shrub beds (approx. 296 m2);- planting of hedges (approx. 14 ml);- supply and fitting of wooden steel benches/seats;- supply and fitting of concrete benches;- supply and fitting of baskets;- supply and fitting of picnic tables;- supply and fitting of table tennis tables;- supply and laying of vegetable pots;- supply and laying of grassed joint paving stones (approx. 286 m2);- supply and laying of mortar joint paving stones (approx. 11 m2);- supply and laying of thin steel borders (approx. 155 ml);- creation of lawns (approx. 3,700 m2);- creation of a drip watering network for flower beds and trees. Vertical lift PMR to cross the staircase of about 68 cm height and removal of the existing stairlift.
