Description
Central government wishes to have a new Framework Agreement for Quantitative Communication Research for the pre-testing of communication tools with one Contractor.
On the basis of the information obtained, the estimated value of this Framework Agreement is approximately EUR 250 000 exclusive of VAT per annum and a total of EUR 1 000 000 exclusive of VAT for the total maximum term of four years (two initial years plus two optional years).
