RFP Scope: 
Farm Credit Canada’s Information Technology (IT) team is accountable to enable and deliver IT Services to FCC’s community and enterprise leaders to enable execution excellence.
To effectively meet business objectives, FCC regularly needs to augment its internal IT staff complement. FCC’s objective through this RFP is to select a robust list of Vendors who will reside on our Pre-Qualified (PQ) List.
The primary objectives of the PQ List are to enable FCC to: 

scale its resource capacity with flexibility and agility 
optimize the velocity and efficiency of the procurement process for securing external resources for Time and Material services 
enhance competition through selecting resourcing Vendors with the best fit and ability to meet FCC’s business needs 


promote consistency in service levels, expectations, and individual resource performance through building familiarity with vendors on the PQ List
realize increased business value beyond filling resource assignments, through supporting mutually beneficial relationships with vendors on the PQ List over time

RFP issue date: June 28th, 2021 
Vendor questions accepted until: Jul 13, 2021 @ 2:00PM* 
RFP closing date and time: Aug 16, 2021 @ 2:00PM*
