This Source Sought is a market research tool being utilized to identify Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) business concerns prior to issuing a solicitation. This is not a solicitation for proposals and no contract will be awarded for this announcement. No reimbursement will be made for any cost associated with providing information in response to this announcement. Any information submitted by respondents to this notice is strictly voluntary. All responses shall be provided by e-mail. No presentations will be scheduled.Â
The Bureau of Indian Affairs, Pacific Regional Office, Branch of Acquisitions is conducting market research and is issuing this announcement to seek potential ISBEE sources who would be capable of meeting the below eligibility requirements.
ELIGIBILITY:
A. North American Industry classification System (NAICS): 423810, Small Business Size standards in number of employees: 250
B. Set-Aside: Indian Small Businesses Economics Enterprises
C. Place of Delivery: 631 N. Market, Unit V, Sacramento, CA 95834
D. (1) Each - A Pre-Owned, Warrantied, and Certified Caterpillar RM500/RM500B Road Reclaimer, Year of Manufacturer must be in 2013 of later and have less than 2,600 Hours of Usage (OR EQUAL), offering competitive pricing to include delivery with a total magnitude under $500K.
E. Salient Characteristics: Shall be capable of full depth reclamation and soil stabilization; Average Operating Speed of 2.7mph; Operating Sliding Platform; Cutting/Mixing width 96in/Cutting Depth Max 20in.; 546HP Engine; Front 18 ply/Rear 12 ply Tires; Universal 16 Rotor; Water Only Pump; Enclosed Cab; All Wheel Drive/4 Steer Modes (Front, Rear, Crab and Coordinated); Have the following Gauges: Oil Press, Coolant Temp, Hydraulic Temp, Fuel and Charging Voltage; Electronic Monitoring System; Load Control Switch; Rear Wheel Steering Control; Metered Water Delivery System Low Flow Spray 16-160gallons per minute; Parts and Labor Warranty; Manufacturers Descriptive Literature and Specifications and Operating Instructions Manual on Unit.
F. The Contractor shall be able to provide and deliver within all applicable federal, state, local laws and regulations.
