TITLE :
Replacement parts and tools for snowmobiles and ATVs : Arctic Cat and Polaris

PROJECT DESCRIPTION :
This request for a standing offer is to satisfy the requirement of the Department of National Defence for the supply, on an as-and-when ordered basis, of tools and replacement parts for its fleet of snowmobiles and ATVs (All Terrain Vehicle) of Arctic Cat and Polaris Brand Marks.

The goods are required for the Valcartier Support Base of the 2nd Division of Canada. The fleet of snowmobiles and ATVs includes approximatively:

Group 1 - Arctic Cat ATVs and snowmobiles :
- Seventeen (17) snowmobiles, model Bearcat 570, 2009;
- Thirty eight (38) snowmobiles, model Bearcat 570, 2013;
- Nine (9) ATVs, model TRV 550 EFI, 2010.

Group 2 - Polaris ATVs:
- Sixty six (66) ATVs, model 850 HD EFI, 2013.

It is intended that up to two (2) standing offers, one per brand mark, will be issued as a result of this request for a standing offer.

PERIOD OF THE STANDING OFFER:
The period of the standing offer is for three (3) years, from May 1st 2020 to April 30, 2023.
