Description

Collège Bois-de-Boulogne wishes to issue a call for tenders for the replacement of the windows in the T wing of the Ignace-Bourget pavilion, project S23-04. The project consists of replacing the windows in the T wing of the Ignace-Bourget pavilion.
The project schedule is from October 2023 to September 2024.
To be valid and considered, bids must be addressed to Pascal St-Onge and received no later than: September 28, 2023, 10:00AM.
Choose one of the following methods of submission
1- Paper (envelope)
Location A-134, 10 555 av. Bois-de-Boulogne, Montréal Québec, H4N 1L4
2- Electronically on the SEAO site
A MANDATORY information session is scheduled for September 12 at 10:00 a.m. at 10500 Bois-de-Boulogne Ave. in the lobby of the Ignace-Bourget Pavilion, Montreal H4N 1L4.
The bid must be accompanied by a bid security equivalent to TEN PER CENT (10%) of the price quoted in the bid. This bid security must be a bond issued in favor of the public organization by a financial institution.
This project is subject to the following intergovernmental agreements:
Canada Free Trade Agreement (CFTA)
Quebec and Ontario Agreement (QOVA)
The bidder must include with its bid a letter of commitment signed by a surety guaranteeing the issuance of a performance bond and a bond guarantee.
Tender documents can only be obtained via the electronic tendering system (SEAO).
The public body does not undertake to accept any of the bids received in response to the call for tenders.
