The City of Val-d'Or, the project owner, is requesting tenders for the project to replace
the electrical entry to the main well in Val-d'Or, Phase 2.

Bid documents can be obtained through the Electronic Bidding System (EBS) at www.seao.ca or by calling 1-866-669-7326, effective March 11, 2019, upon payment of the supplier's fee.
Only bids prepared on the forms provided in the bid documents and submitted by contractors who obtained the plans directly from SNC-Lavalin Stavibel Inc. via the electronic tendering system (ETS) will be considered. Bids must contain a certified cheque payable to Ville de Val-d'Or or a bid bond in an amount equal to 10% of the total amount of the bid before taxes.
Bids in sealed and clearly identified envelopes will be received at the offices of the City of Val-d'Or, Urban Infrastructure - Engineering Division, located at 835, 2e Avenue, suite 203,
2nd floor, Val-d'Or, J9P 1W7, April 3, 2019 at 2 p. m.
Only bids from contractors having a place of business in Quebec or in a province or territory covered by an intergovernmental agreement and holding the appropriate licence will be considered for contract award. No faxed bids will be accepted. If it is in the interest of the City of Val-d'Or, it may override any defects in form or minor defects that may be contained in the submission.
The City of Val-d'Or does not undertake to accept either the lowest or any of the bids received, and this, without any obligation towards the bidder or bidders.
