PROJECT DESCRIPTION :

The work covered by this contract consists of replacing the floor, ceiling, lighting and wall paint finishes in 4 classrooms, as well as replacing the gymnasium floor and scraper grilles on the first floor, paint finishes in 3 classrooms upstairs, and bringing electrical components up to standard in all areas of the facility.

SITE VISIT (ON SITE) :

A site visit* will take place on October 30, 2024 at 10:00 a.m., meeting in front of the school's main entrance. A site visit is strongly recommended for bidders.

* No other visits will be made, and under no circumstances will bidders be permitted to visit the site at any time other than the date and time set for the site visit. Bidders are responsible for obtaining adequate information and evaluation of the nature and scope of the work, and for familiarizing themselves with the site and conditions affecting the performance of the work. All bidders will be deemed to have visited the site, and no claim for lack of knowledge of the site will be submitted or accepted.
