You are invited to submit a bid in response to our Invitation for Bids (IFB) entitled W50S6Y-24-B-0002 entitled F-35 Repair Maintenance Hangar B1001, Project Number LSGA212001, at 125th FW JIA, 14300 Fang Drive, B10001, JAX, FL.
This action is being solicitated for Small Business Set Aside. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 236220 and the Size Standard for Small Business is $45M. Project Magnitude is betw een $10M to $20M. Failure to submit an offer on all items shall result in rejection of the bid.

Funds are not presently available for this acquisition. The Government anticipates funds w ill become available prior to aw ard as this action has been identified on the National Guard priority list. Aw ard w ill be made to the responsible bidder w hose bid conf orms to the invitation for bids and is most advantageous to the Government considering only price and price related factors. No contract aw ard w ill be made until appropriated funds are made available.
The project site is located at the 125th Fighter Wing (FW) Jacksonville International Airport (JIA), 14300 Fang Drive, Maintenance Hangar Bldg. 1001 (B1001), Jacksonville (JAX), Florida (FL). The Maintenance Hangar at B1001 requires repairs and renovations in order to enable the F-35 Fighter Mission. The work includes repair and full renovation of the ground floor spaces, including demolition, new interior construction and finishes, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lighting , grounding, fire protection, telecommunication, and access control/security systems.
The estimated Period of Performance (PoP) is 540 Calendar Days after Notice to Proceed.
There are no Option line, all Lines must be priced
