Poland - Repair and maintenance services of refrigeration systems

The subject matter of the contract is technical operation and maintenance of ventilation and air conditioning systems in buildings "A" and "B" at 6/8 Wiejska Street and in the building at 12 Smolna Street, Warsaw, which includes 1.2. on-call service during the use of the Senate's plenary sessions room and conference room no. 217 (building "A"), - to the extent and under the conditions specified in the description of the subject of the contract, hereinafter referred to as "Terms of Reference", constituting Annex no. 1 to the SWZ.2The Contracting Authority requires that the contractor offer an electronic system for supervising the facility.3 Details concerning the execution of the contract are included in appendix no. 1 to the SWZ.
1 The subject matter of the contract is technical operation and maintenance of ventilation and air-conditioning systems in buildings "A" and "B", at 6/8 Wiejska Street and in the building at 12 Smolna Street, Warsaw, on-call service during the use of the Senate plenary session room and conference room no. 217, as well as repairs of equipment and installations comprising the ventilation and air-conditioning systems, carried out in accordance with the requirements specified in pt: 1, 2, 3 and 4 of the description of the subject matter of the contract, constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ.2 Furthermore, the Contracting Authority requires to offer an electronic facility surveillance system having the functionalities specified in items 5.1.1-5.1.12 of the description of the subject matter of the contract. The Contractor shall grant a non-exclusive license to use the system - for the duration of the contract - for 2 users of the Contracting Authority.3. The Contracting Authority informs that it will score, according to the rules described in item 13.5 of SWZ, the system having additional functionalities defined in item 13.5 of SWZ. If the system is offered with additional functionalities, please fill in part II of appendix no. 7 to SWZ.4: "Form for submitting, amending, withdrawing a bid or proposal" available on ePUAP and on the miniPortal. It is not acceptable to submit a bid to the e-mail address of the ordering party. Functionality to encrypt a bid by a contractor is available to contractors on the miniPortal. In the tender form a contractor is obliged to provide an ePUAP mailbox address as well as an e-mail address from which correspondence will be run in the proceedings.6. The tender shall be drawn up in Polish. Each document making up an offer must be legible.7. An offer with attachments shall be submitted, under pain of invalidity, in an electronic form (affixed with a qualified electronic signature).8. The method of submission of an offer, including its encryption, has been described in the "User's Manual" referred to in point 14.4 of the ToR.9: "Form for submitting, changing, withdrawing an offer or an application" available on ePUAP and on the miniPortal.10. Details regarding the method of preparing and submitting the offer are in sections XVI and XVII of the SWZ.
