Belgium - Repair and maintenance services of refrigeration equipment

Description

Maintenance, control and repair of air conditioning systems and cooling installations at VDAB branches in the Flemish Region and the Brussels-Capital Region. The mission consists of the maintenance, control and repair of air conditioning systems and cooling installations at VDAB branches in the Flemish Region and the Brussels-Capital Region, described in annex: Meetstaat_Adressen.It consists of the following components which are further described and supplemented in the technical provisions of these specifications: - the planning, - the periodic maintenance and inspections (including leak tightness control), - the energy inspection and reporting to the Flemish Government, - the interventions for repair, - the temporary replacement of category A refrigeration installations, - the provisional report, - the updating of the installation logbook in digital form, - the web application (see under Hfdst. Webapplicatie),- the annual consultation meeting,- the provision of information and advice with regard to legal obligations. For organisational reasons, the installations are divided into categories and these are listed in the appendix: Measuring State/Addresses. Each category has its own specific frequency for maintenance and control (including leak tightness testing). This division into categories does not take into account the region in which the installations are located. Category A: maintenance and control (including leakage checking) = 1 x 6 months. Concerns systems for cooling of server rooms. The only criterion for the classification of certain installations in this category is that they serve to cool server rooms independently of their capacity and the CO2 equivalent of their refrigerant, - Category B: maintenance and monitoring (including leak-tightness testing) = 1 x/24 months. Category C: maintenance and monitoring (including leak tightness testing) = 1 x 12 months. Category D: Maintenance and monitoring (including leakproofness testing) = 1 x 6 months. Refers to those installations not already included in category A with fluorinated greenhouse gases in quantities of 50 tonnes of CO2 equivalent or more but less than 500 tonnes of CO2 equivalent (at the time of publication of this mandate, the VDAB does not have such installations unless the calculation to determine the CO2 equivalent carried out by the service provider gives a different result).The tenderer is expected to know the subject, nature and scope of this contract in order to draw up his tender.
