Description

- The contract concerns the removal and end-of-life management of aircraft equipment withdrawn from service and stored on a military site. the consultation is divided into 2 lots:- a lot for aircraft airframes and miscellaneous equipment,- a lot for aircraft engines,- the characteristics of each lot are indicated in the "information on lots" section.- Description of the equipment:- partially dis-equipped/dismantled aircraft airframes. They contain no engines or propellers. Under-equipment with radionuclide sources is likely to be present in airframes stored before 2012 on Châteaudun,- aircraft components stored in buckets/bulk containers,- engines (complete or not) deposited from aircraft containing radionuclides,- engine components stored in bulk in buckets,- other aeronautical equipment including, in particular, aircraft environmental equipment and sections of Transall C160 and Nord 262.Each lot will constitute a composite contract composed of:- a firm part (as soon as the contract is notified),- a part with purchase orders within the meaning of Article 72 of Decree 2016-361, which may include a provisional part of services pursuant to Article 84 of Decree 2016-361. This publication concerns only a call for applications. The consultation file will be sent at a later date and only to candidates eligible to submit bids. a mandatory visit to the Châteaudun EAR 279 site will take place with all candidates eligible to submit bids. additional information is provided in section VI.3) "additional information".
