France - Repair and maintenance services of military aircraft, missiles and spacecraft

Description

The purpose of the contract is to maintain the French Air Force's Airbus A340 aircraft in operational condition. The fleet to be supported consists of 2 Airbus A340-200s and Evasan kits (medical evacuation); this draft contract is subject to the procedure with negotiation in accordance with the provisions of Articles L. 2324-1, L. 2324-3, R. 2324-1, R. 2324-3, R. 2361-1, R. 2361-8 to R. 2361-12 of the Public Procurement Code This contract includes both fixed price services and other services that may be ordered by purchase orders pursuant to Article R. 2362-8 of the Public Procurement Code Electronic transmission: See Section VI.3 Provisions for services: pursuant to Articles R. 2372-19 to R. 2372-21 of the Public Procurement Code, as the contract may present significant technical risks, it will include a proportion of supplies and services which could not be precisely defined in the initial public contract. The consultation file will be sent at a later date and only to candidates who are eligible to bid.
