Description
The purpose of the contract is to award the contract for the integrated management and maintenance of all the biomedical equipment in use at the hospital and territorial structures of the Health Authority, as well as those for home use, those supplied to the territorial rescue services (118 and helicoid) and those supplied to the prisons belonging to the ASL Napoli 1 Centro. The service covered by the contract refers to all types of biomedical equipment for any reason (property, loan for use, operational rental) present in the Health Authority during the entire life cycle of each asset from acceptance to final disposal.
The purpose of the contract is to entrust the integrated management and maintenance service of all the biomedical equipment in use at the hospital and territorial structures of the Health Authority as well as those for home use, those supplied to the territorial rescue services (118 and helicoid) and those supplied to the penitentiary institutions belonging to ASL Napoli 1 Centro. The service covered by the contract refers to all types of biomedical equipment for any reason (ownership, loan for use, operational rental) present in the Health Authority during the entire life cycle of each asset from acceptance to final disposal. The contract is made up of a single indivisible lot; the unitary nature is dictated by the executive modalities of the services, which require coordination of the activities in which the contract is articulated through their integrated management.The service provider must carry out the activities covered by the contract in a synergic manner such as to ensure a rational, efficient and safe management of the technology park allocated at the various structures of the administration. The economic operator awarded the contract will take charge of the entire technology park of the Health Authority in the state in which it is located, without reservation, with minimum service levels and timescales defined in the tender specifications, unless an improvement offer is made.The main activities of the service requested are listed below: a) census, enhancement and updating of inventory data; b) scheduled maintenance:- preventive maintenance,- periodic electrical safety checks,- functional checks on the state of the equipment;c) corrective maintenance;d) supply of spare parts, consumables and materials subject to wear and tear;e) acceptance tests;f) training activities for technical/administrative staff of the contracting administration;g) training activities for user health personnel;h) specialist technical consultancy;i) transfer of non-fixed equipment with consequent disassembly, transport and functional reactivation operations; j) reception of calls through a single local centre, for requests for intervention on biomedical equipment; k) computerised management of the services covered by the contract including dedicated management software; l) supervision and control of the activities of other economic operators; m) extraordinary maintenance operations.
