This contract notice relates to the replacement of the GCT-a silencers on eight units of the CPY bearing.
This contract notice concerns the replacement of the GCT-a silencers on eight units of the CPY bearing. The existing GCT-a silencers are intended to attenuate the noise created by the venting of pressurised steam from the three GCT-a valves. In order to guarantee the conformity of the modification of the GCT-a valves, particularly in terms of flow, it is necessary to modify the silencers to reduce the back pressure downstream of the valve and thus ensure that the silencer has no impact on the flow and guarantee the performance criterion.In a non-exhaustive way the services include- production of the specific implementation file;- design and execution studies as well as adaptation studies;- factory construction of the equipment and components required by the modification, respecting the constraints specified by EDF;- factory testing of the equipment;- management of lifting operations and constraints;- the sealing during GC works;- the complete removal of the old GCT-a silencers, including handling;- the waste management with the setting of the gauge;- the installation of the new GCT-a silencers, including handling;- the control of the equipment (absence of migrating bodies, ITV, conformity of the welds, conformity of the assembly....) during the functional testing;- participation in the functional requalification tests conducted by EDF aimed at verifying the non-regression with respect to the performance of the GCT-a;- performance of an acoustic test on the site periphery and in the vicinity of the silencers for the TTS.
