France - Repair and maintenance services for warships

Description

This notice concerns a defense or security contract for the "Maintenance in Operational Condition (MCO) of the French Navy's wooden sailing ships and boats". - It is a single-award framework agreement comprising:-a firm part;-a part with purchase orders in accordance with the provisions of article R. 2362-8 of the French Public Order Code;-a part with orders for supplies or services intended to cover any technical contingencies in application of articles R. 2372-19 to R. 2372-21 of the French Public Procurement CodeProcedure chosen:The contract is awarded in accordance with a procedure with negotiation, in compliance with the provisions of articles L. 2324-3, R. 2324-3 and R. 2361-8 to R. 2361-12 of the French Public Procurement Code. The main MCO services to be provided are:- industrial services for major, intermediate and routine maintenance,- damage repair (expertise and/or repair),- overall industrial project management services,- worksite and safety services,- supply and repair of spare parts, as well as associated logistical support,- maintenance engineering services (configuration management, etc.).Technical stoppages will be carried out in the Brittany region, generally in Brest harbor. For launches and the Feu Follet sailing exclusively in the large harbor, they can be transported to the place where the technical stops will be carried out. For the Grande Hermine, the sailing radius extends from the Golfe du Morbihan to Saint-Brieuc.Keywords196 - Maintenance
