Provision of services in the field of maintenance, minor - current repairs, reading of heat meters and technical emergency services in communal residential and commercial buildings administered by Zakład Gospodarki Mieszkaniowej in Toruń, as well as in communal temporary premises, residential, social and commercial units located in buildings of housing communities.Detailed scope of activities covered by the service is specified in Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ.Addresses of properties covered by the service are indicated in Annexes No. 4A, 4B, 4C and 4D to this SWZ.
Provision of services in the field of maintenance work, minor - current repairs, reading of heat meters and technical emergency service in communal residential and commercial buildings administered by the Housing Management Company in Toruń and in communal temporary premises, residential, social and commercial premises located in buildings of housing communities. Material scope of the subject of the contract:1. Basic maintenance including maintenance work, minor - current repairs in the field of general construction, sanitary installations (water - sewage, gas, central heating), electrical installations and other minor work and services indicated by the contracting authority performed in Toruń communal residential and commercial buildings, excluding forts and garages, and adjacent areas remaining under the administration of the Housing Management Company.Basic maintenance also includes activities carried out in premises administered by ZGM in WM buildings and in buildings with outstanding legal status, which have been classified by the Contracting Authority as basic maintenance services.2Additional maintenance including the performance of ad hoc maintenance activities, minor - current repairs and minor services beyond the scope of basic maintenance, if their performance is necessary to maintain the administered resources in proper technical condition. Additional maintenance includes, in particular, maintenance activities, repairs and services performed in communal temporary premises, residential, social and commercial premises in Housing Communities, both administered by the Housing Management Company in Toruń and under third-party management, in areas owned by GMT, which are not areas adjacent to buildings covered by basic maintenance, as well as in facilities designated as vacant buildings, the area of which is not included in basic maintenance, and in forts and garages.3. Maintenance of intercom systems. 4.Maintenance of AZART-type television networks. 5.Provision of technical standby service and troubleshooting of general construction, sanitary (water - sewage, gas, central heating) and electrical works in communal residential and commercial buildings and adjacent areas under the administration of the Housing Management Company in Toruń.6. Reading of heat meters. The Contractor is obliged to provide services in the field of maintenance work, minor - current repairs and technical emergency, daily from 7.00 to 22.00.The detailed scope of activities covered by the service is specified in Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ.Addresses of properties covered by the service are indicated in Appendices No. 4A, 4B, 4C and 4D to this SWZ.
