See first item II.1.4) The maintenance services are to be carried out within the framework of DIN 31051, DIN EN 16005, DIN 18650, DIN 14677, VDMA and VdS guidelines, VDE regulations / DIN regulations, ASR A1.7 and in accordance with the maintenance instructions of the respective manufacturers. The availability of the technical equipment must be guaranteed around the clock, 365 days a year. The maintenance of the technical equipment includes, according to DIN 31051, the following service areas: - Maintenance according to manufacturer specifications, VDMA 24186, DIN EN 16005 - Testing according to BetrSichV, ASR A 1.7, DIBt, VDE - Repair according to DIN EN 16005, DIN 14677 - Improvement according to DIN 31051: 2003-6 - Accompanying measures to support the customer The maintenance includes the implementation of the necessary measures to maintain the target condition. This ensures energy-saving and low-wear operation, which extends the service life of the building services and airport-specific systems and ensures optimum efficiency. The performance of maintenance activities is defined by predefined maintenance intervals. Activities of the maintenance services are e.g. - planning of the execution - checking - readjusting - exchanging - supplementing - lubricating - cleaning - documenting The safety check includes the determination and assessment of the actual condition and includes the necessary condition and function tests with the corresponding measurements as well as the documentation. In addition, weak points must be documented and suggestions for optimisation and improvement listed. In the course of the safety inspection, the following services shall be taken into account, e.g: - Preventive detection of future faults or deviating operating behaviour - Making adjustments and readjustments to the systems in accordance with the instructions and operating instructions of the system manufacturers - Readjustment and adjustment of the systems in coordination with and at the request of the customer The repair work in accordance with DIN 31051 and DIN EN 13306, in the course of repairs and troubleshooting of technical building systems and airport-specific systems includes the replacement of defective or no longer reliable components and equipment. The restoration of the target condition includes the following measures, among others: - Replacement / renewal / repair - Return to functional condition - Functional test - Feedback - Documentation The improvement includes measures to increase functional safety without changing the required function such as: - Planning - Preparing the execution - Execution / Replacement / Modification - Functional test / Acceptance - Finished report - Documentation In addition, there are accompanying measures to support the customer such as maintaining the documentation, reporting, ensuring compliance with the legally prescribed tests and compliance with the test deadlines. Lot 1 includes 908 power-operated door systems as well as fire and smoke protection doors with hold-open systems in the passenger terminal (FGT) at BER Airport: - Main Pier: 870 doors - North Pavilion: 19 doors - South Pavilion: 19 doors In addition to these mandatory door systems, there are 2944 other door systems in the buildings concerned that do not require mandatory testing.
