Description

Maintenance of electrically-assisted bicycles (EABs) and some mechanical bicycles in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region.The services expected are:- the first manufacturer's inspection for the 2020 generation EABs- preventive and curative maintenance operations- warranty takeover operations- monitoring of interventions carried out on the fleet of bicycles and EABs- recycling of batteries- management of the end of life of bicycles and EABs, if necessary- management of the stock of sufficient spare partsThis contract is divided into 12 lots, as detailed in section II.2 below. Each lot will give rise to the conclusion of a framework agreement with one contractor.
Maintenance of bicycles and electrically-assisted bicycles (EABs) for the Lyon 8 PPDC, Corbas PPDC and Lyon Villeurbanne PPDC sitesThe services required are:- the first manufacturer's inspection for 2020 generation EABs- preventive and corrective maintenance operations- warranty acceptance operations- monitoring of interventions carried out on the fleet of bicycles and EABs- recycling of batteries The Service Provider will have to work on some of the sites attached to the Corbas PPDC site, as well as the Lyon 8 PPDC and Lyon Villeurbanne PPDC sites and on some of the sites attached to them. There are 11 of these sites. The lot covers a maximum geographical distance of 40 km from one end to the other. The services cover approximately 364 ACVs and any mechanical bikes. These figures are given as an indication and do not constitute a commitment on the part of La Poste Maximum value over the overall duration of the contract: €731,815 excluding VAT. Maintenance of bicycles and electrically-assisted bicycles (EABs) for the Lyon Centre PPDC, Dardilly Techlid PPDC, Saint Genis Laval PDC1 and Villefrance sur Saône PPDC sites. The services expected are:- the first manufacturer's inspection for the 2020 generation EABs- preventive and curative maintenance operations- warranty takeover operations- monitoring of interventions carried out on the fleet of bicycles and EABs The Service Provider will have to work on the sites of the Lyon Centre PPDC, Dardilly Techlid PPDC, Saint Genis Laval PDC1 and Villefrance sur Saône PPDC establishments as well as on some of the sites attached to them. Please note that some sites are not accessible to a technician, so the service provider must have a workshop to perform the services. The lot covers a maximum geographical distance of 58 km from one end to the other. The services concern approximately 208 VAE and possible mechanical bikes. These figures are given as an indication and do not constitute a commitment on the part of La Poste Maximum value over the overall duration of the contract: €418,180 excluding VAT Maintenance of bicycles and electrically-assisted bicycles (EABs) for the Bourg en Bresse PPDC and Ambérieu en Bugey PPDC sites The services expected are: - the first manufacturer's inspection for the 2020 generation EABs - preventive and curative maintenance operations - guarantee operations - monitoring of interventions carried out on the fleet of bicycles and EABs The Service Provider will have to work on the Bourg en Bresse PPDC and Ambérieu en Bugey PPDC sites as well as on some of the sites attached to them. There are 8 of these sites. The lot covers a maximum geographical distance of 86 km from one end to the other. The services concern approximately 82 VAE and possible mechanical bikes. These figures are given as an indication and do not constitute a commitment on the part of La Poste Maximum value over the overall duration of the contract: 162,860€ HT Maintenance of Bicycles and Electrically Assisted Bicycles (EABs) for the Cluses PPDC, Thonon lès Bains PDC1, Argonay MF PPDC and Rumilly PDC1 Establishments The expected services are :- the first manufacturer's visit for the 2020 generation of VAEs - preventive and curative maintenance operations - warranty operations - follow-up of interventions carried out on the fleet of bicycles and VAEs.- The Service Provider will have to intervene on certain sites attached to the Argonay MF PPDC and Rumilly PDC1 facilities, as well as on the Cluses PPDC and Thonon lès Bains PDC1 facilities, as well as on certain sites attached to them. These sites are 6 in number and the lot covers a maximum geographical distance of 78 km from one end to the other. The services cover approximately 102 ECVs and any mechanical bikes. These figures are given as an indication and do not constitute a commitment on the part of La Poste Maximum value over the overall duration of the contract: €205,069 including VAT Maintenance of Bicycles and Electrically Assisted Bicycles (EABs) for the Chambéry PPDC, Bourgoin Jallieu la Maladière PPDC, Vienne PPDC and Moirans PPDC establishments The expected services are- the first manufacturer's visit for the 2020 generation of electrically assisted bicycles - preventive and curative maintenance operations - warranty operations - follow-up of interventions carried out on the fleet of bicycles and electrically assisted bicycles.- The Service Provider will have to intervene on the sites of the Chambéry PPDC, Bourgoin Jallieu la maladière PPDC, Vienne PPDC and Moirans PPDC establishments as well as on some of the sites attached to them. These sites are 7 in number and the lot covers a maximum geographical distance of 115 km from one end to the other. The services cover approximately 94 ACVs and any mechanical bikes. These figures are given as an indication and do not constitute a commitment on the part of La Poste Maximum value over the overall duration of the contract: €188,985 excluding VAT Maintenance of Bicycles and Electrically Assisted Bicycles (EABs) for the Grenoble MF PPDC and Eybens PPDC sites The services expected are: - the first manufacturer's inspection for the 2020 generation EABs - preventive and curative maintenance operations - warranty takeover operations - monitoring of interventions carried out on the fleet of bicycles and EABs The Service Provider will have to intervene on the site of the Eybens PPDC establishment as well as on some of the sites attached to it, as well as on some of the sites attached to the Grenoble MF PPDC establishment. It should be noted that some sites are not accessible to a technician, so the service provider will have to have a workshop to perform the services. There are 9 such sites and the lot covers a maximum geographical distance of 31 km from one end to the other. The services concern approximately 211 ECVs and any mechanical bikes. These figures are given as an indication and do not constitute a commitment on the part of La Poste Maximum value over the overall duration of the contract: €424,211 excluding VAT Maintenance of bicycles and electrically-assisted bicycles (EABs) for the Romans Coeur de Drôme PDC1, Tournon Monts et Vignobles PPDC and Valence Briffaut PDC1 establishments The expected services are- the first manufacturer's visit for the 2020 generation electric bicycles - preventive and curative maintenance operations - warranty operations - follow-up of interventions carried out on the fleet of bicycles and electric bicycles.- The Service Provider will have to intervene on the site of the Tournon Monts et Vignobles PPDC establishment, as well as on the site of the Romans Coeur de Drôme PDC1 and Valence Briffaut PDC1 establishments, as well as on some of the sites that are attached to them. These sites are 4 in number. The lot covers a maximum geographical distance of 34 km from one end to the other. The services cover approximately 79 ACVs and any mechanical bikes. These figures are given as an indication and do not constitute a commitment on the part of La Poste Maximum value over the overall duration of the contract: €158,828 excluding VAT Maintenance of bicycles and electrically-assisted bicycles (EABs) for the Le Puy en Velay site The services expected are:- the first manufacturer's inspection for the 2020 generation EABs- preventive and curative maintenance operations- warranty takeover operations- monitoring of interventions carried out on the fleet of bicycles and EABs The service provider must have a workshop to carry out the services. The services concern about 15 bicycles and possibly mechanical bicycles. These figures are given as an indication and do not constitute a commitment on the part of La PosteMaximum value over the overall duration of the contract: €30,157 excluding VAT Maintenance of bicycles and electrically-assisted bicycles (EABs) for the Aurillac establishmentThe services expected are:- the first manufacturer's inspection for the 2020 generation EABs- preventive and curative maintenance operations- warranty operations- monitoring of interventions carried out on the fleet of bicycles and EABs- recycling of batteries recycling of batteries, - management of the end-of-life of bicycles and ECVs, - management of sufficient spare parts stock. The Service Provider must work at the Aurillac site. The services concern approximately 15 bicycles and any mechanical bicycles. These figures are given as an indication and do not constitute a commitment on the part of La Poste Maximum value over the overall duration of the contract: €30,157 excluding VAT Maintenance of Bicycles and Electrically Assisted Bicycles (EABs) for the Montluçon Entreprises PPDC, Yzeure Moulin PPDC and Cusset Vichy PPDC establishments The services expected are:- the first manufacturer's visit for the 2020 generation EABs- preventive and curative maintenance operations- warranty operations- monitoring of interventions carried out on the fleet of bicycles and EABs- recycling of batteries The Service Provider will have to intervene on the Yzeure Moulin PPDC site as well as on the Montluçon Entreprises PPDC and Cusset Vichy PPDC sites and on some of the sites attached to them. There are 3 of these sites. The lot covers a maximum geographical distance of 106 km from one end to the other. The services concern approximately 110 VAE and possible mechanical bikes. These figures are given as an indication and do not constitute a commitment on the part of La Poste Maximum value over the overall duration of the contract: €221,153 excluding VAT Maintenance of Bicycles and Electrically Assisted Bicycles (EABs) for the Riorges Roanne PPDC, Saint Etienne Sud-Loire PPDC, Saint Chamond Pays du Giers PDC1 and Saint Just Saint Rambert Grand Forez PDC1 establishments The services expected are:- the first manufacturer's visit for the 2020 generation bicycles- preventive and curative maintenance operations- warranty operations- monitoring of interventions carried out on the fleet of bicycles and VAEs The Service Provider will have to intervene on the site of the Riorges Roanne PPDC, Saint Etienne Sud-Loire PPDC, Saint Chamond Pays du Giers PDC1 and Saint Just Saint Rambert Grand Forez PDC1 establishments as well as on some of the sites attached to them. These sites are 10 in number. The lot covers a maximum geographical distance of 102 km from one end to the other. The services cover approximately 130 ACVs and any mechanical bikes. These figures are given as an indication and do not constitute a commitment on the part of La Poste Maximum value over the overall duration of the contract: 261,363€ (excluding VAT) requirements): Maintenance of Bicycles and Electrically Assisted Bicycles (EABs) for the Issoire PDC1, Pont du Chateau PPDC, Clermont Ferrand PDC1, Cournon d'Auvergne PPDC, Malauzat Riom PDC1 establishmentsThe services expected are:- the first manufacturer's visit for the 2020 generation VAEs- preventive and curative maintenance operations- warranty operations- monitoring of interventions carried out on the fleet of bicycles and VAEs- recycling of batteries The Service Provider will have to intervene on the site of the Establishment of Malauzat Riom PDC1, as well as on the site of the Establishments of Issoire PDC1, Pont du Chateau PPDC, Clermont Ferrand PDC1, Cournon d'Auvergne PPDC, as well as on some of the sites which are attached to them. These sites are 6 in number and located. The lot covers a maximum geographical distance of 88 km from one end to the other. The services concern approximately 180 VAE and possible mechanical bikes.
