The contract includes factory repair services on assemblies in maintenance level 4: system, supply no., supply item designation, estimated requirements LEOPARD 1 FAM U. USTG FZ, 2530121675887, track link, F, 8 400 pcs. FUE/TRSPFZ WIESEL2BASISFZ, 2530123571782, track link, F, 2,800 pcs. WAFFTRAEG WIESEL1.TOW/MK, 2530123615786, caterpillar link, F, 8 400 pcs. Estimated total: 19 600 pcs. The contractor must take into account during the execution of the order that the details of the respective specialist lots are only estimated requirements derived from past values. The actual orders made during the term of the contract may differ with regard to the quantities required for the respective supply numbers and the lot as a whole contained in a lot. This may be the case if the estimation requirements derived from the historical values do not occur or if the actual requirements exceed these estimation requirements, e.g. due to structural changes by the Bundeswehr or higher losses. Accordingly, the estimated requirements mentioned do not represent an upper limit in contract processing. An obligation on the part of the client to place individual orders is not justified by this contract. The contract period begins with the award of the contract and ends on 31.12.2025. If the existing contract between HIL GmbH and the Bundeswehr ends, regardless of the legal reason, the framework agreement can be terminated by a special right of termination.
