Description

The contract covers the following services:- preventive maintenance on ANSES sites for PCR instruments,- curative maintenance on ANSES sites for certain PCR instruments,- calibration for some of the instruments. The contract is divided into three lots. Detailed requirements are defined in the CCTP. Each lot is a "composite" contract corresponding:- in part to a standard contract for preventive/curative maintenance and calibration services (except for lot 1), which is carried out at a global and fixed price;- and in part to a framework agreement carried out on the basis of purchase orders and unit prices for curative maintenance services known as "BDC curative maintenance" (excluding fixed price).This framework agreement with a purchase order sets out all the contractual stipulations and is concluded, with no minimum or maximum amount, with a single economic operator in accordance with the conditions set out in Articles R. 2162-12 and R. 2162-13 of the French Public Order Code.
