Description

This European tender focuses on the maintenance and sustainability of the current climate installations at various locations of Irado. For the Fokkerstraat 550 in Schiedam, the current Priva installation is used as a starting point. This is the largest climate installation within the agreement. In addition, there are various smaller installations such as central heating boilers and air conditioning units.Work on the climate installations is mainly understood to mean work on gas heating, ventilation, cooling and control installations.InspectionThe inspection of the current climate installations will take place on 31 May 2022 from 9:30 a.m. to around 11:00 a.m. The inspection starts at 9:30 am at the Fokkerstraat 550 in Schiedam.
The work on the climate installations in the buildings consists of:carrying out preventive maintenance;carrying out corrective maintenance;carrying out systematic maintenance;carrying out any follow-up work;carrying out statutory inspections such as Scios and Stek inspections;demonstrable compliance with legislation and regulations;a transfer of data at the end of the agreement.
