Description

(1) The subject of the contract is the rental of buses and minibuses with a driver to provide transportation services in domestic road transport. (Order divided into 5 parts).2. The contractor's responsibilities include:1. Delivery of the ordered number of vehicles to the headquarters of the ordering party will be made no later than 24 hours after receipt of the order. (2) In the event of a vehicle breakdown during the service, which makes it impossible to continue driving, the Contractor undertakes to repair or substitute a replacement bus of the same class at his own expense within no more than 180 minutes. (3) The contracting authority reserves the possibility of reporting at any one time 7 buses with a seating capacity of not less than 57 and 2 vans with a seating capacity of not less than 20.4.The arrival of the means of transport to the place of substitution and the return of the means of transport to the place of garaging after the completion of the individual transport service constituting the subject of this contract shall be at the expense of the Contractor.
The subject matter of the contract is to secure activities in the field of transport services, i.e. rental of buses and minibuses for the transportation of persons from the city of Rzeszow and the implementation of transportation to the city of Rzeszow. Rental of buses and minibuses with driver is aimed at securing training and administrative activities of units and institutions located in the above-mentioned city, which may cover the entire country, and which are on the supply of the 34th WOG and its own needs in this area, in particular the transport of soldiers to: training grounds, shooting training, training in military training centers, securing military ceremonies and briefings.
