Description
Provision of play equipment in all thirteen public nursery schools.
The contract will run for a total of five years.
The services required are as follows:
* Rental and maintenance of play equipment;
* Periodic rotation or modular possibility of the play equipment during the contract period;
* Total maintenance, parts and labor (including travel expenses, as well as maintenance to current safety standards for the duration of the contract);
* Removal of games at the end of the contract;
* Withdrawal or removal of the game in the event of force majeure or at the express request of the local authority;
* Replacement of the game(s) in the event of vandalism: the contract holder must be able to replace the game(s) within two weeks of discovery and notification of the contract holder;
* Renewal (total or partial), upkeep and/or maintenance of floors (cast and/or tiles) likely to be carried out during the contract.
Place of supply: Wattrelos public nursery schools
1) Delivery and installation of play equipment: for each school playground, a model is chosen from the range proposed by the contractor.
2) Maintenance (parts and labor, including travel expenses) and upkeep of the play equipment:
- Maintenance will include a quarterly technical inspection of the play equipment in accordance with current European standards. In the event of damage noted between two inspections (theft, fire, vandalism), the contract holder will intervene within 5 days, on receipt of the information by any written means at the convenience of the local authority.
- Maintenance will consist of quarterly washing of play equipment and reception areas.
3) Maintenance to current safety standards for the duration of the contract.
4) Rotation of playground equipment at least once a year (preferably during the school year) in the various nursery schools covered by this contract.
5) Replacement of the playground equipment in the event of vandalism within 15 days of observation and notification to the contract holder.
6) Removal or relocation of play equipment in the event of force majeure, or at the express request of the local authority.
7) Upkeep and maintenance of shock-absorbing floors (cast and/or slab) throughout the duration of the contract.
8) Removal of play equipment at the end of the contract.
