Canada - Renovation of interior finishes - Courtland Park International School

Description

The FINI-1421 project at Courtland Park International School in Saint-Bruno-de-Montarville consists essentially of :

the repair of all architectural finishes, the replacement of lighting fixtures and the electrical distribution in 4 classrooms (ground floor and upper floor);
the replacement of the slab and under-slab plumbing in one of the classrooms on the ground floor;
the repair of architectural finishes and the replacement of lighting fixtures in part of the ground floor corridor;
replacement of the roof access hatch.

The PUBLIC ORGANIZATION provides SUBMISSIONERS with a virtual tour of the premises. SUBMISSIONERS are invited to view it before the information session.

Bids must be submitted, in paper or electronic format, no later than 11:00:59 a.m. on February 22, 2021.
Considering the current coronavirus pandemic (COVID-19) and despite what is provided for in the "Opening of Bids" clause above, the PUBLIC ORGANIZATION will proceed with an opening of the Bids without public, so that the SUBMISSIONERS will not be able to attend in person.
Instead, the PUBLIC ORGANIZATION will broadcast the Bid Opening live on the web.
