The work covered by this contract includes:
The complete execution of all of the following work, but not limited to:

Replacement of ceilings and installation of fire doors in two corridors of the administrative wing,
Replacement of auditorium stage curtains,
Replacement of the gymnasium stage floor and structure,
Renovation of five washrooms on the first floor,
Replacement of a freight elevator with an elevator,
Creation of three outdoor walkways.
Replacement of components in the Intercom system,
Work on the fire alarm system.

The contractor must refer to the architectural and engineering plans, reports and specifications attached to the tender documents.
Also included in the scope of work are all temporary protections and arrangements during construction, site clean-up, rework and other work required to complete the work.
All grouting, repairs and drilling required to complete the work herein are included.
Also included is the management of the organization of commissioning activities for the various construction systems, including the start-up of electromechanical components, their verification and the necessary training in their use by the owner's maintenance personnel.
