Germany - Renewal of the window and balcony door systems in the apartments and stairwells

Description

Replacement of the window and balcony door systems in the apartments and stairwells as plastic windows and doors with triple insulating glazing, including interior window sills and necessary repair work in the reveal and lintel area inside, such as plastering, wallpapering and painting work. Dismantling and professional disposal of the existing window and door systems in the apartments, stairwell and common rooms on the first floor. The existing window and door systems consist of wooden constructions with an approx. 1 mm thick plastic coating (made by Monza Plast) and double-pane insulating glazing from the year of construction. The exterior window sills will be renewed on site by the façade construction trade. In addition, the building entrance door systems will be replaced as an aluminum construction with triple insulating glazing, doorbell and video intercom systems as well as letterbox systems. The exterior door systems to the bicycle rooms and the garbage room will be renewed as aluminum constructions with thermally insulated panel fields.
