Description
Westdeutscher Rundfunk (WDR)The contractor carries out removals and furniture transport in or between the WDR properties in the Cologne, Aachen, Bonn, Düsseldorf, Dortmund, Münster, Wuppertal, Essen, Bielefeld, Duisburg, Siegen area on behalf of WDR. In addition, the contractor also carries out transports from these locations to the other WDR locations (such as Arnsberg, Paderborn, Kleve Office, Langenberg) in NRW. The main activities are carried out at the Cologne site, and about 4,000 office moves (WDR only) are planned over the next 4 years. An average of about 1,000 removals (WDR) are carried out every year. Approx. 90 % of the removal services are to be performed at the Cologne location (WDR). These moves are being carried out in various sub-projects. The relocation volume of the sub-projects varies. The standard office furniture systems at WDR are as follows:Haworth, Hundbüromöbel, CEKADeutsche Welle - Standort Bonn (DW)At DW in Bonn, approx. 1,200 removals are carried out over a period of four years, approx. 300 removals a year.in individual cases, truck transport services are required between Bonn and Berlin. Vehicles/entrance to underground car park: The trucks, furniture boxes, trailers etc. to be used by the contractor as required must usually be loaded and unloaded in the underground car park. The maximum entrance height is 3.90 m. In large areas of the underground car park, the clearance height is significantly lower. The maximum length of the vehicle/trailer combination must not exceed 16 m. The standard office furniture systems used by DW at its Bonn site are mainly furniture from Rohde & Grahl, Fortschritt, Samas and Kinnarps and, in future, Sedus.Deutschlandradio (DR)The contractor carries out operational transport services for the relocation of office equipment and material goods, technical equipment, studio and media technology, as well as assembly work, removals and furniture transport in the DR's broadcasting centre in Cologne and in the Cologne offices on Bonner Straße.30 removals and new equipment are planned and carried out at DR every year. At the Cologne location, office workstation relocations are handled internally by the caretakers. Subject to the approval of a comprehensive renovation concept for the radio station in Cologne, the demand for transport and relocation services may increase from 2021 onwards. Here, a relocation volume of approx. 50 moves per year in Cologne can be expected.The standard office furniture systems at DR are as follows:(Furniture: CEKA, Kinnarps, Sedus/seating: Rohde&Grahl, viasit, Interstuhl)contribution service of ARD, ZDF and DeutschlandradioThe Contractor shall carry out removals and furniture transport within two buildings and furniture transport to and from teleworking stations at the respective place of residence of the employees of the contribution service in NRW in Köln-Bocklemünd, Freimersdorfer Weg 6 on behalf of the contribution service of ARD, ZDF and Deutschlandradio (hereinafter "contribution service"). In the next 4 years, about 60 removals will be carried out on the premises of the contribution service and 200 teleworking places will be delivered or retrieved, annually about 15 removals as well as delivery of 50 teleworking places. The common office furniture systems at the contribution service are electrically height-adjustable tables as well as tables with quick adjustment and come from Fleischer, CEKA and Girsberger. Deutsche Welle location Berlin (DW)At DW in Berlin, approx. 1400 moves are carried out over a period of four years, approx. 350 moves per year.in individual cases, truck transport services are required between Bonn and Berlin.the standard office furniture systems of DW at the Berlin location are mainly furniture from the manufacturers Lindemann, Rohde+Grahl, Wini and, in future, Sedus.Deutschlandradio (DR)The contractor carries out operational transport services for the relocation of office equipment and material goods, technical equipment, studio and media technology as well as assembly work, removals and furniture transport in the DR's broadcasting centre at the Berlin location and in the Berlin capital city studio. Office moves are carried out internally at the Berlin location by the caretakers. The contractor is called in for support for larger measures on a case-by-case basis or is requested separately on a project-by-project basis on the basis of the framework agreement.rbb's standard office furniture systems are as follows:(Furniture: CEKA, Kinnarps, Sedus / Seating: Rohde&Grahl, viasit, Interstuhl)Rundfunk Berlin-Brandenburg (rbb)rbb has its headquarters in Berlin and at the traditional media location Potsdam-Babelsberg. rbb also has regional studios in Cottbus and Frankfurt (Oder) and regional offices in Perleberg and Prenzlau.rbb maintains studios at the following locations:- 14057 Berlin, Masurenallee 8-14,- 14482 Potsdam, Marlene-Dietrich-Allee 20,- 14482 Potsdam, Marlene-Dietrich-Allee 15 (IVZ),- 03046 Cottbus (regional studio), Berliner Straße 155,- 15230 Frankfurt (Oder) (regional studio), Logenstraße 8,- 19348 Perleberg (regional office), Berliner Straße 1,- 17291 Prenzlau (regional office), Marktberg 13.About 300 office workstation moves are planned every year. Various transport activities are also involved. Approximately 70 % is to be provided at the Berlin location, approximately 25 % at the Potsdam location, and approximately 5 % at the regional studios or offices. Services are to be provided not only at the rbb locations but also at other locations in Berlin and Brandenburg. Removals are carried out in various sub-projects. The relocation volume of the sub-projects varies. For each sub-project an individual call is made on the basis of the framework agreement. Südwestrundfunk (SWR)The Contractor shall carry out office moves in or between the SWR properties at the locations Baden-Baden, Stuttgart and Mainz. Transportation for disposal is also provided. This also includes assembling/disassembling furniture, clearing out and putting away archives as well as cabling work for telephones, PCs, keyboards, etc. Travel/removals between the individual main locations and studios or regional offices may occur occasionally at all locations and are remunerated.the following numbers of moves are planned annually:SWR Mainz: approx. 100 removals per year, in 2022/23 there will be around 400 removals with the move to the new building/parking deck superstructure and the associated moves.the usual office systems are as follows:Mainz: Sedus, Fortschritt, cbHessischer Rundfunk (hr)The contractor carries out furniture transport and removals in Frankfurt at Betramstraße 8 and in Betramshof on Steinernes Stock 1 on behalf of the hr. In addition, the hr has two bearings. The warehouses are located in the city of Frankfurt. The main activities are carried out at the location in Betramstraße 8, and about 2,000 office moves (hr) are planned over the next 4 years. An average of about 500 removals (hr), are carried out annually. Approx. 95% of the relocation services are to be performed at the Frankfurt location, Betramstraße 8. The standard office furniture systems at hr are as follows: Sedus, König + Neurath, Interstuhl, Viasit Südwestrundfunk (SWR)The contractor carries out office moves in or between the SWR properties in Baden-Baden, Stuttgart and Mainz. Transportation for disposal is also provided. This also includes assembling/disassembling furniture, clearing out and putting away archives as well as cabling work for telephones, PCs, keyboards, etc. Travel/removal between the individual main locations and studios or regional offices may occur occasionally at all locations and will be remunerated as follows: SWR Baden-Baden: approx. 350 moves per year, 2022 there will be approx. 1500 moves with the move to the new media centre and the associated relocations.SWR Media Services Stuttgart, Baden-Baden: approx. 50 moves per year, 2021 there will be approx. 150 moves with the move to the new building in Baden-Baden and the associated relocations.the common office systems are as follows:Baden-Baden: Sedus, Fortschritt, cb creative büroeinrichtungenSWR Media Services Stuttgart, Baden-Baden: Sedus, progress, cb creative office furnishings.
