PUBLIC TENDER - "FILLING AND RECLAMATION OF SLUDGE FROM
LAGOONS OF THE WATER TREATMENT PLANT FOR 2024".
DESCRIPTION: The City of Saint-Jérôme wishes to obtain bids for
"THE CITY OF SAINT-JÉRÔME WISHES TO OBTAIN BIDS FOR THE FOLLOWING PROJECT
D'ÉPURATION DES EAUX POUR 2024".
QUOTE NO.: "2024-BS-069
DOCUMENT AVAILABILITY: Tender documents will be available to all interested companies
bid documents as of May 29, 2024, on the SEAO electronic tendering system.
SEAO (www.seao.ca).
RECEIPT OF TENDERS: No later than 10 a.m. on July 2, 2024, at the office of the
clerk's office, 300 Parent Street, Saint-Jérôme (Québec), J7Z 7Z7, for immediate public opening.
COMMUNICATION: For any additional information concerning this request for tenders

Any questions or requests for clarification must be sent at least 96 hours before the date and time

EVALUATION OF INSATISFACTORY PERFORMANCE: The City of Saint-Jérôme reserves the right to
refuse to accept a bid from any contractor, service provider or supplier who, in the two years
during the two years preceding the bid opening date, has been evaluated for unsatisfactory
unsatisfactory performance.
INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT: This call for tenders is subject to the Trade and Cooperation Agreement
and Cooperation Agreement between Quebec and Ontario (ACCQO), the Canadian Free Trade
Agreement (CAFTA).
