Description

Main features:- work on the envelope with thermal insulation from the outside and restoration;- insulation of roof and cellar floor (+ cellar improvements);- replacement of joinery, creation of a VMC, installation of boilers, modernization of sanitary facilities;- work in the common area and courtyard with creation of a bin shelter, replacement of waste water/water pipes.
- The project will be carried out by a team of experts from the Ministry of the Environment, Energy, Transport and Communications, who will be responsible for the implementation of the project. For lot 1, the economic operators must quote the following PSE, described in the CCTP, lot nº 1, under penalty of irregularity of their offer:- PSE nº 1: fitting out of the courtyard - path in slabs. - the common installation of the site;- the installation of scaffolding;- the installation of an anti-capillary rise waterproofing barrier;- the removal of the facade elements (light fittings, plates, rainwater downpipes, etc.)For lot 2, the economic operators must provide figures for the following PSEs, described in the CCTP for lot 2, failing which their bids will be irregular:- PSE No. 2: ITE on the gable;- PSE No. 3: relief of window frames. - replacement of the entrance door to the building;- replacement of the windows on the ground floor;- replacement of the WC windows on the upper floors;- supply and installation of lambrequins and drying racks on the upper floors;- supply and installation of PVC roller shutters;- replacement of the rubbish bin shelter - Insulation of the underside of the floor by projection of insulation (flocking);- Reverse insulation of the roof. - repair of walls and floors in dry rooms;- repair of walls and floors in wet rooms;- creation of soffits and boxes for ventilation ducts. - removal and installation of electrical equipment;- bringing electrical equipment into compliance;- adding electrical outlets in private areas;- replacing light fittings in private areas;- replacing switchboards in private areas;- replacing light fittings controls in private areas;- connecting ventilation systems;- connecting boilers. - replacement of gas radiators and electric water heaters by a condensing boiler of the semi-instantaneous type with horizontal suction cup according to the plan, including possible resumption of the networks;- installation of a multi-layer heating network in place of the gas ducts- the installation of boilers, radiators and associated networks on the ground floor;- the installation of programmable room thermostats;- the installation of thermostatic valves;- the replacement of the gas tap in the dwelling;- the installation of sanitary equipment;- the repair of the plumbing networks in the basement - the installation of individual blocks of VMC;- the installation of the network of duct in flexible material;- the mortising of the existing windows and the installation of self-adjusting air inlets;- the installation of self-adjusting extract units. - complete treatment of the parasitic infection by removal;- sandblasting and application of a biocide.
