Lot 1: Structure:TO 1: Component Westerland: New construction of a drinking water tank with 2 x 2 500 m3 usable volume, octagonal ground plan of the 2 water chambers, in loosely reinforced reinforced concrete construction, new construction of the service building with building wing for Westerland pumping station incl. electrical rooms, fine finishing incl. all surface work, thermal insulation, roof sealing. In addition, all civil engineering and earthworks as well as groundwater drainage. Rental of the on-site concrete mixing plant at the construction site, delivery of the required concrete qualities according to DVGW W 300ff. Scope: 9 000 m3 of enclosed space, 1 800 m3 of reinforced concrete.TO 2: Component List: New construction of a drinking water tank with 2 x 500 m3 usable volume, square ground plan of the 2 water chambers, in loosely reinforced reinforced concrete construction, new construction of the service building with building section for List pumping station incl. electrical rooms, fine finishing incl. all surface work, thermal insulation, roof sealing. In addition all earthworks and groundwater drainage. Relocation of the on-site concrete mixing plant to the construction site in List, rental of the on-site concrete mixing plant at the construction site. Delivery of the required concrete qualities according to DVGW W 300ff. Scope: 3 000 m3 enclosed space, 950 m3 reinforced concrete. Lot 2: Plant engineering TO 1: Westerland plant engineering: Pumping station with 5 drinking water pumps with a maximum total flow rate of 1 600 m3/h, delivery head 50 mWS, wall ducts, pressure doors, entrances, piping inside the water chambers: DN 400 - DN 600 etc. Stainless steel, Mat.-No. 1.4571, pipework in the pumping station and in the service building (approx. 130 m) seamless steel pipes DN 100 - DN 600, rilsan-coated, associated fittings and moulded parts, ventilation and deaeration equipment as well as air filters per water chamber.TO 2: Plant technology List: Pumping station with 4 drinking water pumps with a maximum total flow rate of 290 m3/h, delivery head 50 mWS, wall ducts, pressure doors, entrances, pipework inside the water chambers: DN 100 - DN 300 etc. Stainless steel, Mat.-No. 1 4571, piping in the pumping station and in the service building (approx. 130 m) seamless steel pipes DN 100 - DN x00, rilsanitary, associated fittings and moulded parts, ventilation and air filters for each water chamber. Lot 3: E/MSR technology TO 1: E/MSR technology Westerland: Complete E/MSR technology for the monitoring and operation of the pumping station with 5 drinking water pumps with a maximum total flow rate of 1 600 m3/h, delivery head 50 mWS, frequency converter and PLC controls according to the requirements of the inventory control system in WW Westerland, processing and transfer of all operating and monitoring data to the existing operating system WinCC and Acron in WW Westerland. Compatibility requirement: 100 % to the existing system. The 5 existing drinking water pumps have a separate S7300 controller, the emergency control is done via a hardware circuit. The control is integrated into the existing WinCC control system. The power supply is 400 Ampere and low voltage from the NSHV in the waterworks. The power supply of the new switchgear is fed in parallel from this NSHV. The new drinking water pumps can thus be tested and operated in parallel with the old drinking water pumps.TO 2: E/MSR technology List: Complete E/MSR technology for monitoring and operation of the pumping station with 4 drinking water pumps with a maximum total flow rate of 290 m3/h, delivery head 50 mWS, frequency converter and PLC controls according to the requirements of the existing control system in WW Westerland, processing and transfer of all operating and monitoring data to the existing operating system WinCC and Acron in WW Westerland. Compatibility requirement: 100 % to existing system. The emergency power supply of the new plant will continue to be provided by the existing unit at List waterworks.
