Canada - Rehabilitation work on drinking water mains by lining 2024-2025

Brief description of work required:

The Ville de Rosemère is looking for a contractor to carry out water main lining work on certain streets within its territory.

Start date: Upon award of contract

Completion date: October 2025

Tender guarantee:

10% of the total bid amount excluding all applicable taxes, in the form of a bond issued by a Financial Institution.

Performance bond:

o Performance guarantee of 50% of the total amount of the Contract before taxes in the form of a bond by a Financial Institution

o Guarantee of obligations for pledges, materials and services of 50% of the total amount of the Contract before taxes in the form of a bond issued by a Financial Institution.

Applicable agreements:

o Quebec-Ontario Agreement (QOVA)

o Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA)

Tender opening:

All bids must be received at the address of the Public Agency, for a public opening at the same location on the same day and at the same time. Any bid received after this time will be automatically rejected.

Bids may be submitted electronically and only via the SEAO.

Deadline for receipt of bids: January 20, 2025 at 9:30 a.m.

Opening of bids: immediately after the deadline for receipt of bids.

The Public Body does not undertake to accept any of the bids received, and does so without obligation of any kind to the bidders.
