The City of Dolbeau-Mistassini hereby requests public tenders for the monitoring by a soil laboratory during the rehabilitation work on the Vauvert Road phase 2 over 4.6 km as defined in the tender documents, details of which can be found in the attached pages.

Bidders must complete the bid form prepared for this purpose and send it in a sealed envelope identified with the project number and name

Under penalty of being rejected, on or before Tuesday, June 25, 2019 at 11:00 a.m., the time and date of opening of the tenders to the City of Dolbeau-Mistassini and will be opened on the same day at the same time in the Town Hall's deliberation room in the presence of interested parties.
The bidder is solely responsible for ensuring that the tender documents received are complete.
The City does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the bids received and incurs no obligation or costs of any kind to the bidder(s).

Bidders will be able to obtain the necessary documents to bid from the SEAO as of June 4, 2019
