Description

The object of this tender is the supply of equipment and infrastructures that guarantee the integrity of biological samples in the Provincial Biobank of Malaga for use in research around the Biomedical Research Institute of Malaga (Ibima) under the project file number EQC2018-005277-P, contained in State Plan for Scientific and Technical Research and Innovation 2017-2020 and co-financed with Feder funds in the call for aid for the acquisition of scientific-technical equipment of the Ministry of Economy, Industry and Competitiveness.Specifically, the equipment and infrastructure must have the following characteristics: Conservation equipment for samples preserved at -86⁰C with temperature monitoring system and remote alarm:- 10 vertical ultrafreezers -86 ºC with the following minimum characteristics:-- Ultrafreezer with temperature range from -80 ºC to -86 ºC,-- Volume between 650 to 750 l of capacity,-- Single external door,-- 2 internal insulating and hermetic doors, with pressure closing by means of a handle, not with magnetic closing, to minimize the formation of ice,-- 4 interior compartments with stainless steel trays, adjustable in height,-- Interior in galvanized steel for greater thermal conduction,-- Insulation system by double layer of injected polyurethane "in situ" high density. No vacuum insulation,-- Washable condenser filter, easily removable, no tools required, accessible from the front panel, with clogging alarm system on the front panel,-- Simple control panel, easy to visualize with temperature indication on the panel and alarms by codes and pilot lights,-- Alarm systems, acoustic and visual,-- Port for external probe and for connection for remote alarm,-- Vacuum break port,-- Operation silences (<57 dBa),-- Low heat emission,-- Refrigerants of the circuit free of CFC,-- Double compressor in cascade,- 240 racks of freezing with capacity for 124 400 tubes of 0,5 ml,- System of monitoring of temperatures and management of alarms compatible with the current installed system:-- 1 modem,-- 10 probes,-- 10 emitters,- Oxiometer: O2 level detection system, essential as a safety measure to prevent accidents at work composed of the following elements: compatible with the current system installed:-- Oxygen sensor 0-25 %,-- Power supply 12 V,-- Universal adapter 2 m,-- Visual and audible alarm module,- Recorders and probes for room detection with alarm compatible with the current system installed:-- Transmitter,-- Probe N (Tª & HR), (-40 +80 ºC/0-100 % RH).The requested equipment will be installed in different centres according to existing needs, the centres being those indicated below:- Hospital Universitario Virgen de la Victoria de Málaga, Campus de Teatinos, s/n, 29010 Málaga,- Hospital Universitario Regional de Málaga:-- Hospital Civil, Plaza del Hospital Civil, s/n, 29009 Málaga,-- Hospital General, avenida Carlos Haya s/n, 29010 Málaga,- Hospital Costa del Sol, autovía A-7, kilómetro 187, 29603 Marbella.The bidder will have to coordinate with Ibima to perform the installation in such a way that the normal operation of these hospitals is not altered, trying to make the installation as stealthy as possible and in line with the activity that in these facilities is carried out, the bidder will assume all costs relating to the installation and commissioning of equipment and training necessary for the staff designated by Ibima to become familiar and use the equipment correctly, the guarantee will be at least 4 years and will include both parts and spare parts as well as labor and travel.
