Description

The system must: 1) be brand new at the factory, i.e. not used before the date of delivery (it is required that it has no physical or legal defects), complete, ready for use without additional purchases and investments,2) be delivered to the Customer together with the instruction manual in Polish in original factory packaging, the storage of which by the Customer is not required to maintain the guarantee granted,3) be marked (including the "CE" marking) in accordance with the requirements set out in the Act of 13.4.2016 on conformity assessment and market surveillance systems (uniform text: Journal of Laws of 2017, item 1398, as amended),4) in case it is an energy-related product within the meaning of Article 2 of the Act of 14.9.2012 on energy labelling of energy-related products (uniform text: Journal of Laws of 2016, item 1790, as amended), in case it is an energy-related product within the meaning of Article 2 of the Act of 14.9.2012 on energy labelling of energy-related products (uniform text: Journal of Laws of 2016, item 1790, as amended).) has:(a) labels in Polish attached to the energy-related product, which shall contain information on the energy efficiency class (energy consumption or the impact of the product on energy consumption) and other essential resources (water, chemicals or other substances) used by the energy-related product After signing the agreement, the Contracting Authority envisages applying for a 0% VAT rate pursuant to Article 83 paragraph 14 point 1 of the Act of 11 March 2004 on Value Added Tax (consolidated text Journal of Laws of 2017, item 1221, as amended) - refers to point 3 sub-paragraphs 2 and 3 (switches).
